Energizer utilizes the finest optics available today in lenses and reflectors, using:

  • Convex/concave design for greater focus options
  • Precision micro lens patterns for optimal light diffusion
  • High-efficiency reflectors with precise faceting for a uniform beam profile

The advanced technology of the Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens collects over 90% of the light produced by LEDs and projects it forward into a virtually uniform beam.  TIR lenses are able to project light over a large area in a small package, which enables us to develop lights that are smaller in size. Both the TIR and Fresnel lenses offer shatterproof, lightweight solutions for focused LED light.
